The JCB Library is a quiet place students can research, study, and create through shared learning in a safe comfortable environment. Students are expected to be respectful of the people and property in the library.
Our facilities, resources, and computers are to be used for students engaged in productive academic work. Students are expected to have something academic to work on at all times. Those without any written work are expected to study or read quietly.
Students must pick up personal belongings and trash before leaving. Food and drink are not allowed in the library.
Students need to pick up a gold pass before the beginning of their study hall period to use the library. Users must sign in when they arrive and leave the library.
Students are required to stay in the library for the entire study hall period unless they have a pre-signed pass to go to another location.
Students must be clear of any overdue items to be permitted independent use of the library.
The number of seats available is based on the class schedule each day. The library will post the schedule of availability each day on the white board at the library entrance.
We are happy to help you with your reading, research or computer needs.
Students may borrow up to 4 books at a time from our collection which includes fiction, non-fiction, biographies and DVDs. Reference books may be used while in the library.
We participate in the Inter-library Loan (ILL) program with other libraries. If we don't have a book you are looking for, we can borrow it from another library.
Feel free to use personal electronic devices and our WiFi for educational purposes, but not to text message or as a cell phone.
